Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing and delivery times can vary by product and fulfillment partner.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by destination: United States, 7–15 business days; international destinations, 10–21 business days where direct international shipping is offered. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. EPROLO products have separate US-only shipping terms below.

Shipping options and charges shown at checkout depend on the products in your cart and the shipping address. Tracking information is emailed when available. Customs, weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery.

EPROLO products: US delivery only

EPROLO products ship only to United States addresses. The EPROLO shipping profile offers Standard shipping for $9.99 to eligible US addresses at checkout. We do not ship EPROLO products directly to the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, or the Dominican Republic.

If you are shopping from the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, or the Dominican Republic, you may use your own US freight-forwarding or courier service. Enter the US address provided by that service as your shipping address at checkout. Your Shopify order is delivered to that US address; your courier arranges onward delivery to your country. You are responsible for arranging and paying your courier directly for the onward shipment, including any applicable customs charges, duties, taxes, or courier fees. The $9.99 US shipping charge does not cover onward delivery or guarantee the courier's delivery time. Confirm that your courier accepts the product before ordering.
